Deepawali is the festival where we celebrate the victory of Good over Bad and the homecoming of Lord Ram after 14 years in Exile. The people of Ayodhya on this occasion welcomed their beloved Rama by lightning the lamps and celebrating it by worshiping Goddess Lakshmi and Ganesh. From then onwards people have been celebrating Deepawali by worshipping Lord Ganesh and Goddess Lakshmi as they are the symbol of Prosperity, Wealth and opulence. They are the divine energy that makes the life of a devotee rich in everything.
Deepawali is the day when Goddess Lakshmi bestows her blessings and boon on everyone who worships her with full devotion and surrender themselves to her. People worship the supreme almighty and seek her blessings in accompanying all the wishes and desires.
Deepawali Pooja is done to invite Goddess Lakshmi into premises to prevent themselves from all the ailments and troubles. Lord Ganesha is worshipped along with the Lord Lakshmi as he is the remover of obstacles and blesses with immense happiness and wish fulfilment.
For the day of Deepawali i.e Amavasya, people clean their homes and light the place with lightings and diyas to welcome Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganpati and worship them for several purposes. Performing a pooja on Deepawali can make a person Happy, Confident, solve money related problems, bring new opportunities in life, make the life of person more comfort and ease, resolves the debt issues if any and fulfills all the wishes and desires.
Worshipping Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganpati on Deepawali with full devotion and surrender can bring Divine and Magical changes eventually leading to a Happy and Prosperous life.
